Meat SWEET AND SOUR SPARERIBS

Preparation Time: 3 hours

Recipe Ingredients
1 can tomato soup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 can water
spareribs or other lean meat
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup vinegar



Recipe Directions
I like to boil my ribs first for about 1 hour.

Cut ribs into 1 inch pieces.
Dip meat into egg, then flour.
Fry in hot fat until brown, then put in casserole.
Mix first six ingredients to make a sauce and pour over the meat.
Bake at 350 degrees until tender when tested with a fork.

Serve with Rice. Or a salad.
